About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Laravel Developer to lead our development team in building high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end project development, mentoring juniors, and delivering robust solutions using Laravel and modern PHP practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of scalable web applications using Laravel.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, reviewing their code and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver quality solutions on time.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in PHP, Laravel, and related technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel Framework.
• Excellent knowledge of MySQL, database optimization, and query performance tuning.
• Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker or other containerization tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
