PHP Developer

Experience: 2-4 years

Mandatory Skill: Reactjs & PHP

Location: Nagpur

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

• Develop server-side logic and APIs using PHP and relevant frameworks.
• Build and maintain user-facing features with ReactJS.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and manage expectations.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.

Required Skills and Experience

• PHP:

   Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications with PHP. Strong understanding of object-oriented PHP and modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) is essential.

• ReactJS:

   Working knowledge of ReactJS for building user interfaces, including components, state management, and JSX.

• Communication:

   Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Business Analysis:

   Ability to gather and analyze user requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

• Customer-Facing Experience:

   Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their challenges, and provide solutions.

• Database:

   Solid understanding of database design and management with MySQL or a similar relational database.

• Version Control:

   Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

• Problem-Solving:

   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
