Job Title: PHP Developer Intern (6-Month Internship)

Location: Pune
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: first 3months no stipend, next 3 months 5000/- stipend
Post-Internship Opportunity: Full-time PHP Developer role based on performance review and final interview.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PHP Developer Intern to join our development team for a 6-month internship. You will gain hands-on experience in PHP development, working on real-world projects, and enhancing your skills in both backend and frontend technologies.

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be evaluated through a performance review and final interview. Exceptional interns will be offered a full-time role as a PHP Developer within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining PHP-based web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Help in the design, implementation, and testing of new features.
• Participate in debugging, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of development processes.
• Assist in the integration of third-party services and APIs.
• Work with version control systems (Git) and maintain a strong development workflow.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with popular PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony) is a plus.
• Understanding of database management with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Good problem-solving skills and a passion for web development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Basic knowledge of frontend libraries like Vue.js, React, or Angular is a bonus.
• Exposure to API development and integration (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with deployment tools, cloud services, or server management is a plus.

Post-Internship Opportunity:

At the end of the 6-month internship period:

• Interns will undergo a performance review and a technical interview.
