About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with strong expertise in the CodeIgniter framework and hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with working on freelance platforms such as Fiverr/Upwork (or Finework, if that’s your platform), with proven ability to deliver high-quality projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using PHP CodeIgniter Framework.
• Maintain and optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and RESTful services.
• Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and clients to understand requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Manage freelance projects (Fiverr/Finework/Upwork), ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Document development processes, code changes, and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter (3 & 4 preferred).
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and third-party integrations.
• Experience in version control systems like Git/GitHub.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Prior experience working on freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Finework) is an added advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud hosting platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Experience with task management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
