Position: PHP Developer

Job Type: Full-time (with internship-to-fulltime pathway for freshers)

Option 1 – Experienced Candidates

Eligibility: Minimum 1 year of experience in PHP development and web technologies.
Salary: ₹15,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional skills).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic web applications using PHP and MySQL.
• Design and maintain database schemas.
• Build responsive web pages with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
• Write and integrate APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers for seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Debug, maintain, and optimize existing code for performance.
• Suggest innovative solutions and improvements for client projects.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and basic JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database design (schema design) and API development.
• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Problem-solving mindset, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.

Option 2 – Fresher (Internship + Bond)

Eligibility: Talented freshers with strong PHP and web development skills.

• 6-month internship followed by a 1-year full-time role (bond applicable).

Stipend/Salary:

• Internship: ₹6,000/month
• Full-time (post internship): ₹12,000/month
