Analyze and document software requirements , clarifications , use cases , design specifications and create and implement software codeWork as implementing and delivering software according to customer requirements and specificationsEffectively communicate task progress , problems/ risks and design ideas to product ownerRequirements:Must have experience with PHP CRM application as a s/w developerMust have experience on PHP CRM customization; capable to do the modules customizationCan create the custom modules using PHPExperience with PHP , HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, MVC frameworksGood to have Object Oriented Programming Skills .Strong Knowledge in MySQL DatabaseStrong organizational and project management skillsCan understand and work on running projects.Knowledge about optimization and performance of website for Code/ DB/ Caching etc.Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies.Additional Information:Ability to establish priorities and work independentlyAbility to deliver remotelyEnglish: Fluent
