About The Role :.
We seek a skilled and experienced PHP and WordPress Developer to join our client team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and WordPress development and be proficient in Laravel, Javascript, Java, Codeigniter, MySQL, PostgreSQL, HTML, and CSS. The candidate should also have experience with developing scalable and secure web applications.

Responsibilities.
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, WordPress, Laravel, and other related technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase. Optimize application performance and scalability. Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Knowledge of site migration and WordPress security best practices.

Design, implement, and manage WordPress websites and web applications.

Develop new features, functionalities, and improvements for our WordPress sites.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to ensure seamless integration with other platforms and tools.

Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and widgets to meet project requirements.

Manage project timelines and tasks efficiently, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.

Conduct regular testing and debugging to maintain site functionality.

Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and web technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure continuous website uptime.

Maintain documentation for projects and updates.

Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in PHP development. Strong knowledge of Laravel, Javascript, Java, Codeigniter, MySQL, PostgreSQL, HTML, and CSS. Experience with developing scalable and secure web applications. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
