Photoshop Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Conceptualization:Develops visual concepts for various projects, including marketing materials, websites, social media content, and more, based on project briefs and client requirements.
• Image Manipulation & Retouching:Uses Photoshop to enhance, retouch, and manipulate images for various purposes, including photo editing, color correction, and creating image composites.
• Graphic Design:Designs logos, illustrations, website layouts, social media graphics, and other visual assets using Photoshop and other relevant design software.
• Collaboration:Works closely with marketing teams, copywriters, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
• Project Management:Manages design projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Brand Consistency:Ensures all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Stay Updated:Keeps abreast of design trends, new technologies, and best practices in the design industry.
• Quality Assurance:Reviews and approves final designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop: Expert-level knowledge of Photoshop's tools and features for image editing, manipulation, and design.
• Graphic Design Principles: Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and other design fundamentals.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to develop innovative and effective design solutions to meet project requirements.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
