Photographer/Videographer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Event Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality visuals showcasing our event setups, installations, team activities and overall event execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of composition, storytelling and technical expertise in both photography and videography — especially in live event environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Coverage

• Capture full event coverage — from setup to dismantling.
• Record time-lapse videos from multiple angles showing installation and dismantling progress.
• Take installation and dismantling shots of LED screens, truss, lights and stage setups.
• Film event highlights, crowd interactions and brand visibility moments.
• Capture console and control area clips during live operation.
• Record team discussions, coordination and behind the scenes moments.

2. Pre-Event & Logistics Coverage

• Capture loading and unloading shots at the warehouse and venue.
• Record truck movement shots (departure from warehouse, arrival at venue, unloading).
• Take team photographs and candid moments throughout the project journey.

3. Technical & Creative Work

• Ensure proper lighting and exposure adjustments in challenging event environments.
• Use gimbals, drones or GoPros (if available) for dynamic and wide angle coverage.
• Capture detail shots of equipment branding, LED visuals and event aesthetics.
• Create smooth and continuous documentation from pre-event to post-event stages.
• Maintain backup of all raw files systematically.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event photography/videography.
• Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, video rigs, gimbal stabilizers and lighting equipment.
• Basic knowledge of drone operations is a plus.
• Strong sense of composition, framing and storytelling.
• Ability to work in fast-paced event environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent team coordination and communication skills.
• Must have own camera equipment.

Deliverables:

• High-quality event coverage capturing installation, event highlights and dismantling.
• Installation to dismantling time lapse from multiple angles.
• Team and behind the scenes visuals.
• Photo album covering all major stages of the event.
• Short social media ready raw clips (10–30 sec).

Additional Preferences:

• Willingness to travel for outstation events.
• Flexible with extended working hours during events.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
