Position Overview:
As a Videographer and Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photographic content that enhances our clients' digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute photo and video shoots that effectively communicate our clients' messages. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their videography and photography skills, along with a passion for storytelling and creating visually engaging content.

Responsibilities:

1. Videography:
- Plan and execute video shoots, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing.- Capture high-quality video footage that aligns with the client's brand identity, messaging, and marketing objectives.- Use a variety of equipment, such as cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio recording devices, to achieve professional-looking results.- Edit video footage to create engaging and compelling content, incorporating graphics, animations, music, and sound effects as needed.- Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content that resonates with the target audience.

2. Photography:
- Plan and execute photo shoots, including selecting locations, setting up equipment, and directing subjects as needed.- Capture high-quality photographs that showcase products, services, events, and other visual elements relevant to the client's brand.- Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality and ensure consistency with the client's brand guidelines.- Organize and maintain an organized library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and other multimedia content.

3. Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.- Provide creative input and suggestions for photo and video concepts that align with the client's brand and marketing strategies.- Incorporate feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders to refine photo and video content and ensure it meets project objectives.

4. Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure all photography and videography equipment is well-maintained, properly calibrated, and in good working condition.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in photography and videography technology, equipment, and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Professional diploma or course in Photography, Videography, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your videography and photography skills.- Proficiency in operating professional-grade photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio recording devices.- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring all photo and video content meets high standards of quality and creativity.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
