Photographer – Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Roles

• Capture high-quality images for events, products, portraits, architecture, or brand campaigns.
• Plan and execute photoshoots based on client needs, creative concepts, or project briefs.
• Edit and retouch images using tools like Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Manage lighting, composition, and equipment to ensure professional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand requirements, themes, and expectations.
• Set up studio lighting, backdrops, and props for photo sessions.
• Scout locations and suggest suitable settings for shoots.
• Ensure all shots are captured creatively and aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Organize, store, and deliver final edited photos in required formats.
• Maintain and troubleshoot camera gear and accessories.
• Work with creative directors, stylists, and designers when needed.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of work.

Videographer – Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Roles

• Shoot high-definition videos for events, commercials, social media, interviews, and corporate projects.
• Plan storyboards, shot lists, and video concepts with clients or teams.
• Edit videos with transitions, effects, sound mixing, and color grading.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cameras, stabilizers, drones, and audio equipment.
• Capture smooth and engaging footage that suits project objectives.
• Record high-quality audio during interviews or events.
• Edit videos using software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Add graphics, titles, animations, and subtitles when needed.
• Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and storytelling standards.
• Backup raw footage and manage file organization.
• Stay updated with latest video trends, equipment, and techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,350.73 - ₹20,000.00 per month
