Key Responsibilities

Photography

• Conduct

  high-quality product photoshoots

  for FMCG, lifestyle, and food brands.
• Plan and execute

  recipe shoot sessions

  — capturing step-by-step visuals of food preparation.
• Maintain proper lighting, framing, and styling to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage shoot setup, background styling, and prop arrangement.
• Capture detailed shots for social media, website, and advertising purposes.

Videography

• Shoot

  recipe videos, reels, quick bites, and brand stories

  suitable for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create visually appealing

  short-form content

  that aligns with campaign objectives.
• Operate professional video equipment, including

  DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, tripods, gimbals, and lighting setups

  .
• Capture

  BTS (behind the scenes)

  and team culture videos when required.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit photos using

  Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

  — color correction, retouching, and composition.
• Edit videos using

  Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

  — trimming, transitions, captions, color grading, sound sync, and final output.
• Create

  motion-based quick content

  optimized for Reels, Shorts, and digital ads.
• Maintain organized backups of all raw and edited files.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the

  creative and social media teams

  to deliver visually consistent content.
• Contribute creative ideas during campaign brainstorming and content planning.
• Stay updated with

  visual trends and social media aesthetics

  to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• 2–4 years

  of professional experience in

  product photography, recipe videography, and digital content creation

  .
• Proven expertise in shooting

  food, FMCG, and lifestyle products

  .
• Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom

  (for photo editing)

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

  (for video editing)
• Strong understanding of

  lighting, color composition, and framing

  .
• Ability to handle both

  studio and on-location shoots

  .
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and time management skills.
• Flexible to work on tight deadlines and occasional extended hours during shoots.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of

  motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading

  .
• Experience in handling

  social media-focused content

  (Reels, Shorts, quick edits).
• Familiarity with

  drone shoots or cinematic camera setups

  is a plus.
