Objective:

To conceptualize, shoot, and deliver high-quality photo and video content tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for the agency’s diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Content Production & Execution

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots as per monthly content calendars.
• Deliver platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Static posts, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality lighting, framing, and sound during shoots.
• Deliver raw and edited content within specified turnaround times.

2. Creative Collaboration

• Coordinate with the agency’s content, design, and strategy teams for shoot concepts.
• Participate in briefing sessions to understand brand guidelines, tone, and shoot objectives.
• Contribute creative ideas that align with brand identity and current social media trends.
• Should know how to use props and generate high quality images and shoots

3. Shoot Planning & Logistics

• Visit shoot locations for recce when needed.
• Arrange and manage basic equipment (camera, gimbal, lights, etc.).
• Coordinate with models, stylists, or location vendors (if required).

4. Client & Brand Alignment

• Follow brand guidelines and visual aesthetics provided by the client.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to the brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Take feedback constructively and apply changes swiftly.

📅 Deliverables / KPIs

• Minimum 2–4 shoot days/month (flexible based on client requirement).
• Timely delivery of content (2–3 days for photos, 5–7 days for videos post-shoot).
• 100% on-time delivery of final content as per scope.
• Quality approval from internal creative team and client on first submission (≥90% rate).
• Engagement in at least 1 pre-shoot planning call per project.
