Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Photographer & Social Media Reel Maker to join our team for multiple upcoming sports and live events. The role involves capturing high-quality photos and creating engaging short-form video content (Reels) for Instagram and other social platforms in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos during live sports events, ceremonies, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels & short videos (9:16 format) on-site
• Create engaging, trend-based reel content with music, transitions, and captions
• Deliver quick turnarounds for same-day or next-day content
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content themes and posting schedules
• Maintain organized photo and video folders after each event
• Ensure brand consistency (logo watermark, colors, tone)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in event photography & reel making
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels trends & formats
• Hands-on experience with editing apps/software

(Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN, Lightroom, etc.)

• Ability to work under pressure in live event environments
• Own professional camera & basic video equipment (preferred)
• Creative eye for action shots, emotions, and storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience covering sports events or live shows
• Understanding of social media engagement & viral content
• Basic knowledge of lighting and audio capture
• Ability to travel for outstation events (occasionally)
