Photographer & Videographer

Key Responsibilities:
Photography:

• Capture high-quality images for products, portraits, events, interiors, and lifestyle shoots.
• Manage pre-shoot planning, lighting setup, and post-production editing.
• Maintain an organized photo archive and ensure timely delivery of edited assets.

Videography:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content (promos, reels, brand stories, interviews, event coverage).
• Operate professional cameras, drones, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to execute video concepts aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Add value in post-production — color grading, sound syncing, transitions, and storytelling flow.

Creative Direction & Strategy:

• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for visual campaigns.
• Stay updated with trends in photography, videography, and social media aesthetics.
• Manage shoot logistics, location scouting, and on-set coordination.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a professional photographer/videographer.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, framing, and composition.
• Experience working with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc.) and studio lighting setups.
• Basic drone operation skills (preferred but not mandatory).
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience creating short-form social media content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or color correction.

Ability to manage a small production team or freelance crew when required.

Pay: ₹11,693.93 - ₹35,886.13 per month
