Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos during academic events, seminars, cultural programs, sports activities, and daily campus life.
• Conduct photoshoots for faculty, staff, and student profiles.
• Photograph institutional infrastructure, classrooms, labs, and facilities for marketing use.
• Coordinate with the marketing, admissions, social media, and design teams for content requirements.
• Maintain and update an organized archive of images for future use.
• Edit and retouch images for brochures, websites, social media, and other promotional material.
• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and technical settings for every shoot.
• Manage photography equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Deliver photos within deadlines for campaigns and projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a photographer (preferably in an education, events, or corporate environment).
• Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and accessories.
• Strong knowledge of photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
• Creativity with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple events and tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with students and faculty.
• A portfolio demonstrating photography skills (mandatory).
  

Additional Preferences (Optional)

• Experience in basic videography will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of social media content creation is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours during events.
