We’re now opening a hybrid role for a Photo & Video Editor—someone who can bring technical precision, creative sensibility, and consistency to our visual content across formats and platforms.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to lead the editing process for both photo and video projects. From fashion campaigns and interior showcases to reels and catalogues, the role involves refining visuals, retouching images, and creating impactful edits that reflect both brand identity and aesthetic nuance. Responsibilities

Photo Editing:

• Editing & Retouching: Process RAW files and retouch for skin tones, lighting, color balance, and background cleanups.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual tone aligned with project or client aesthetics.
• File Management: Organize and manage all edit folders—RAWs, exports, backups, and revisions.
• Social & Web Adaptation: Format visuals for Instagram, websites, ads, and lookbooks.
• Design Collaboration: Support preparation of images for print, decks, and digital portfolios.

Video Editing:

• Narrative Edits: Create engaging edits for brand videos, fashion films, product reels, and space showcases.
• Post-Production: Add transitions, sound design, basic color grading, and maintain emotional pacing.
• Feedback Integration: Implement internal or client feedback while maintaining edit quality.
• Conceptual Support: Suggest ideas for music, format, and structure—especially for short-form social videos.
• Efficient Workflow: Maintain structured project folders, timely exports, and version control.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in photo and video editing (portfolio required).
• Skilled in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a bonus.
• Strong eye for color, composition, rhythm, and detail.
• Experience editing visuals for fashion, product, or interior-focused projects.
• Knowledge of platform-specific formatting (Instagram, websites, brand campaigns).
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple edits simultaneously.

Pay & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience, skill, and portfolio)
