Key Responsibilities

• Understands the company's Vision & Mission
• Edit and retouch high volumes of images using

  Adobe Lightroom

  and

  Photoshop

• Perform advanced

  color correction, exposure balancing, and detailed skin retouching

• Ensure all images maintain a consistent look, feel, and tone across the brand or client deliverables

• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and project managers remotely t

  o understand project needs
• Organize and

  manage digital image files and editing workflows

  efficiently

• Deliver high-quality images

  on deadline with minimal supervision

• Apply creative effects

  while maintaining realism and brand integrity

• Edit raw images into compelling content for social media, websites,

  advertisements, or internal use.

• Manage multiple editing projects

  simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ensure

  consistency in visual

  style, tone, and branding.

• Stay current

  with video trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience o

  f 3+ years

  as a photo editor with a portfolio showcasing past work & a range of editing styles.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of composition, lighting, and photographic detail

• Expert-level proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop

  (especially in retouching, color grading, and masking). We use Adobe Premiere in the company.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar) are a plus.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
