Qualifications Proven experience o f 3+ years as a photo editor with a portfolio showcasing past work & a range of editing styles . Strong visual sense and understanding of composition, lighting, and photographic detail Expert-level proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop (especially in retouching, color grading, and masking). We use Adobe Premiere in the company. Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar) are a plus. Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
