Role Overview: You will be a part of a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion start-up based in India, specializing in footwear, stockings, bags, and fragrances for women. As a Photo Editor, your main responsibility will be editing, retouching, and enhancing product and campaign imagery to ensure high-quality visuals across various platforms. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of fashion aesthetics will play a crucial role in delivering polished images that resonate with the brand identity. Key Responsibilities: - Edit, retouch, and enhance product and lifestyle images for e-commerce, campaigns, social media, and marketing materials. - Maintain consistency in color, tone, and overall visual quality across all imagery. - Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and the creative team to meet brand guidelines and project requirements. - Manage bulk editing of product images while upholding high-quality standards. - Prepare images in the required formats and resolutions for digital and print use. - Utilize Figma for basic design adjustments, layout collaboration, or quick creatives when necessary. - Stay updated with the latest photo editing tools, techniques, and visual trends in fashion and e-commerce. - Organize and upkeep an archive of edited and raw images. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience as a Photo Editor or in a similar role, preferably in fashion/e-commerce. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced retouching, masking, color correction). - Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections. - Understanding of fashion aesthetics, lighting, and visual storytelling. - Capability to manage multiple editing projects with quick turnaround times. - Experience with Figma.
