About the Role

Editor

You’ll be responsible for shaping how Evol shows up: in images, in motion, in experience. Whether you’re retouching a single diamond or crafting a full campaign reel, your work will bring clarity, rhythm, and refinement to everything we put into the world.

Responsibilities

• Retouch high-resolution product images to bring out dimension, brilliance, and detail, while preserving natural elegance
• Edit editorial and model visuals with tonal precision and luxury-grade finish
• Craft video content including reels, lookbooks, and campaign edits, with strong pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Ensure accurate colour grading across diamonds, metals, and skin tones, maintaining consistency across platforms
• Work closely with stylists, photographers, and marketers to plan, hand off, and deliver assets efficiently
• Contribute to moodboards, references, and layouts that refine Evol’s visual direction
• Adapt content across platforms (Instagram, website, emailers, ads) while maintaining a unified brand aesthetic
• Organise raw files, working versions, and final outputs for easy access and reuse

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in professional photo and video editing (luxury, fashion, or jewellery industry preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator; Bonus: After Effects, Lightroom
• Strong retouching skills for both product and model photography
• A sharp eye for colour, composition, and current visual trends
• Comfort working across multiple timelines and formats without compromising quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with creative and product teams
• Well-organised approach to file handling, version control, and output formatting
