Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Phonics/Abacus Teacher located in Vadodara. The Phonics/Abcus Teacher will develop lesson plans and deliver engaging and effective phonics/abacus instruction to students. Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, communicating with parents, and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. The Phonics/Abacus Teacher will also participate in training sessions and collaborate with other educators to foster a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills
• Passion for working with children and fostering their growth
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
• Experience with phonics programs and methodologies is beneficial
• Experience with teaching aids, flashcards, and multimedia tools.
• Patience, creativity, and a child-centric approach.

2+ years of Phonics Teaching (mandatory) – Schools, Preschools, or Learning Centers.
