Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Phonics/Abacus Teacher located in Vadodara. The Phonics/Abcus Teacher will develop lesson plans and deliver engaging and effective phonics/abacus instruction to students. Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, communicating with parents, and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. The Phonics/Abacus Teacher will also participate in training sessions and collaborate with other educators to foster a supportive learning environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education Strong Communication and Teaching skills Passion for working with children and fostering their growth Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field Experience with phonics programs and methodologies is beneficial Experience with teaching aids, flashcards, and multimedia tools.
