Phlebotomist/Health Care Assistant

• Collect blood samples from patients at home, clinics, or collection centers following proper phlebotomy techniques.
• Ensure correct labeling and handling of all specimens.
• Travel to patients’ homes for sample collection as per scheduled appointments.
• Maintain punctuality and professional behavior during home visits.
• Ensure proper storage and transport of collected samples to the laboratory within the required timeframe.
• Follow cold chain protocols when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of sample collection, patient details, and submission logs.
• Update digital or manual registers as per company protocol.
• Follow all infection control and biosafety guidelines during sample collection.
• Dispose of biomedical waste properly after each collection.
• Communicate politely and clearly with patients, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.
• Handle queries or complaints courteously and report issues to the lab manager.
• Coordinate with the laboratory staff for timely processing of samples.
• Work closely with the front office team to plan collection schedules.
• Assist in sample collection at the center when required.
• Support health camps or special collection drives organized by the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
