Phlebotomist/Health Care Assistant

Role Overview: Dermlines Skin & Hair Clinic is a reputed dermatology practice dedicated to providing high-quality aesthetic and medical skin treatments in a patient-friendly environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Assistant to join our expanding team. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dermatologist during skin and hair procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the dermatologist during skin and hair procedures. - Prepare patients and treatment rooms for procedures. - Perform basic phlebotomy (blood withdrawal) for lab tests. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic. - Record and manage patient details and appointments. - Help with inventory and restocking of clinical supplies. - Provide a polite and professional experience for all patients. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Diploma in Nursing/Lab Technology preferred. - Basic knowledge of phlebotomy is a must (training can be provided if needed). - Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting is an advantage. - Good communication skills and a calm, friendly attitude. - Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
