We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients following established protocols and procedures.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during the blood draw process.
• Maintain accurate records of blood samples and patient information.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to prevent contamination.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff regarding procedures and results.
• Assist in the training of new phlebotomists and interns as needed.
• Manage inventory and storage of blood collection supplies.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certification in phlebotomy is preferred.
• Knowledge of blood collection techniques and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
