Mechanical Design Engineer - PHE & FPS Drafting

Interviews will be Face to Face and there will be a test.

Education: BE Mechanical / 3 Year Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Plumbing & Fire fighting system design and drafting for office, Hospital, hotel and other commercial buildings.

Minimum 2 Years of working experience in Plumbing & Fire fighting system modeling using Revit MEP.

Location: Kochi

Age : Upto 35yrs

Mechanical Engineering Graduation OR Mechanical Engineering Diploma (3 year).

Software knowledge:-

Revit MEP ( version 2018 and above)

Auto CAD (version 2018 and above)

MS Office

Pipe Sizer

Also the Candidate should have the following eligibilities:-

1. 2 Year working experience in Plumbing & Fire fighting system design and drafting fo

other

commercial buildings.

2. Minimum 2 Years of working experience in Plumbing & Fire fighting system modeling using Revit MEP.

3. Knowledge of water supply, drainage & fire fighting schematic drawings preparation.

4. Experience in sprinkler system design and drafting.

5. Knowledge of water supply, drainage & fire fighting pipe sizing.

6. Working knowledge of MEP services coordination layout preparation in Revit MEP.

7. Experience in site survey before preparation of the shop drawings.

8. Knowledge in studying the BOQ and Tender specifications before preparation of the shop drawings.

9. Knowledge in usage of Standards or Guide lines such as NFPA, NBC etc.

10. Knowledge in SAP will be an additional advantage.

11. Knowledge of Pump Head calculation will be an additional advantage.
