Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PhD position at the School of Law, Dhirubhai Ambani University, located in Gandhinagar. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting high-level legal research, publishing scholarly articles and papers, mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, participating in academic discussions, and contributing to the development of the school's educational materials and curriculum. The role also includes attending and presenting at professional conferences and seminars.

Qualifications

• Advanced research and analytical skills relevant to the field of law
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience in publishing legal research
• Experience with academic teaching and mentoring students
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of law scholars and educators
• Proficiency in using legal databases and research tools
• LL.M Degree from any Indian or foreign University
