Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PhD position at the School of Law, Dhirubhai Ambani University, located in Gandhinagar. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting high-level legal research, publishing scholarly articles and papers, mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, participating in academic discussions, and contributing to the development of the school&aposs educational materials and curriculum. The role also includes attending and presenting at professional conferences and seminars.

Qualifications

• Advanced research and analytical skills relevant to the field of law
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience in publishing legal research
• Experience with academic teaching and mentoring students
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of law scholars and educators
• Proficiency in using legal databases and research tools
• LL.M Degree from any Indian or foreign University
