About the Role

The Consultant will be responsible for helping organizations improve their performance, should exhibit strong leadership skills, should analyze and focus on improving curriculum and teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Developer: Design educational content and programs for academic institutions.

Program Manager: Overseeing the development and administration of specific academic programs or initiatives.

Instructional Designer: Designing how educational material is presented.

Policy Advisor: Researching and analyzing past data to shape laws and improve the education system.

Faculty Coordination & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator between two distinct faculty groups (e.g., internal research fellows and external academic partners) to synchronize content, ensure quality control, and manage instructional schedules.

Quality & Assessment: Implement feedback mechanisms and assessment tools to measure program effectiveness and make data-informed decisions regarding content and delivery improvements.

Research Translation: Translate complex theoretical or research findings into accessible, practical learning modules for professional development audiences.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Ph.D. in a non-technical field like: Finance, HR, Business Management, Marketing, Management Consultant, etc.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years post-doctoral or equivalent professional experience in a non-technical role.

3+ years of professional experience beyond the dissertation in a role requiring curriculum design, instructional development, or advanced research translation (can include post-doc or faculty experience).

Proven experience in a coordination or leadership role that required successfully managing multiple stakeholders or faculty teams.

Key Competencies:

Good skills in writing and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with academic faculties and industry practitioners alike.

Strong organizational and coordination skills for logistics and alignment of different academic groups/faculties.

Proactive and collaborative content creation with a view toward quality assurance.
