🔷Key Responsibilities:
▪️Lead and execute research projects in biochemistry and molecular biology
▪️Develop, validate, and standardize biochemical assays and protocols
▪️Analyze complex data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports
▪️Support clinical diagnostics, method development, and quality improvement
▪️Ensure compliance with NABL/ISO/GLP guidelines and documentation
▪️Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clinicians, and lab staff
▪️Publish research findings and contribute to scientific presentations
▪️Mentor junior researchers and laboratory personnel
🔷Qualifications & Skills:
▪️PHD Biochemistry
▪️Minimum experience 1-5yrs
▪️Experience in diagnostics, clinical research, or regulated labs preferred
▪️Sound knowledge of quality systems, validation, and compliance standards
▪️Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
