Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute research projects in biochemistry and molecular biology
Develop, validate, and standardize biochemical assays and protocolsAnalyze complex data, interpret results, and prepare technical reportsSupport clinical diagnostics, method development, and quality improvementEnsure compliance with NABL/ISO/GLP guidelines and documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, clinicians, and lab staffPublish research findings and contribute to scientific presentationsMentor junior researchers and laboratory personnel
Qualifications & Skills:
PHD Biochemistry
Minimum experience 1-5yrsExperience in diagnostics, clinical research, or regulated labs preferredSound knowledge of quality systems, validation, and compliance standardsExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
