Job Description

Plan and execute the purchase of medicines, surgical items, and consumables for the hospital pharmacy.
Maintain adequate inventory levels and avoid stock-out situations.
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and supply schedules with vendors.
Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans as per hospital policy.
Ensure all purchases comply with hospital standards and government regulations.
Coordinate with the pharmacy team for demand forecasting and consumption analysis.
Maintain records of all purchases and assist in monthly/quarterly audits.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure a First Expiry First Out (FEFO) system.
Prepare periodic reports on purchase costs, savings, and vendor performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
