Physician Assistant

Job Description

Assist doctors during outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and surgical procedures. Take patient history, perform basic clinical examinations, and record vital signs. Support in initial patient assessment and documentation in EMR/HIS system. Prepare patients for medical procedures and post-operative care. Monitor patients’ condition and report changes to the consulting physician. Coordinate diagnostic tests and follow up on investigation reports. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and preventive care. Support emergency and critical care teams during medical emergencies. Maintain clinical documentation, case records, and consent forms. Ensure infection control practices and NABH protocols are strictly followed.
