Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist-in-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Managing the pharmacy's stock, ensuring adequate supplies, and implementing inventory control measures.
• Medication Dispensing: Overseeing the dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescriptions and regulations.
• Staff Supervision: Managing and training pharmacy staff, ensuring they adhere to policies and procedures.
• Drug Storage: Ensuring proper storage of medications, including temperature control and organization.
• Compliance: Ensuring all pharmacy operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
• Procurement and Purchasing: May be involved in the selection and procurement of medications and supplies.
• Reporting: Reporting to the Department Head or other relevant hospital authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pharmacy Degree: A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D is typically required.
• Licensure: Must be a licensed pharmacist in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
• Experience: Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is usually preferred.
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to effectively manage and train pharmacy staff.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and patients.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
