Job Description

Provide leadership, management, and direction to all pharmacy personnel, ensuring effective utilization of resources and continuous quality improvement.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
Oversee the accurate and timely dispensing of medication, including verification of medication orders, dispensing medications, and maintaining medication inventory.
Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare providers on safe and effective use of medications.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes, and provide medication therapy management services.
Manage the budget and financial performance of the pharmacy, including controlling inventory, monitoring expenses, and maximizing profitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Hospital: 8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

PCI Certificate is mandatory (Required)
