Roles and Responsibilities Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of medicines and other healthcare supplies. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in hospital or retail pharmacy management. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GMP) and industry standards (NABH).
