Assist in dispensing medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Support in inventory management: stock arrangement, checking expiry dates, maintaining records. Help with prescription verification and ensure accuracy in medicine delivery. Provide basic customer service, including answering queries about medicines and health products. Learn and assist in billing and documentation processes. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and store policies. Assist in medicine deliveries and coordinate with customers for timely order fulfillment. Participate in promotional activities, such as health awareness campaigns, product promotions, and in-store offers. Gain practical exposure to daily operations and pharmacy management.
