What would you do Manage metrics and reporting in line with organization expectations and project reporting.

What are we looking for Educational and Experience Requirements:Degree/ Advanced degree in life sciences/non-life sciences or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in metrics management preferred.Good Communication Skills Analytical AbilityTechnology skills:strong experience with MS officeKnowledge of safety database and reporting solutions as applicable for the roleShould be able to work in a rapidly changing business environment

Roles and Responsibilities: Collate data for the decks (SDRM, OSCM, Vendor oversight, etc.) from respective stakeholders, review this data and share with complete and correct details.Maintain and update head count details and share the details with all stakeholders.Handle Roll on and roll off process and ensure 100% compliance.Update Organization chart and members list appropriately and publish to all relevant stakeholders.Seat allocation for new/transitioned resources.Asset management for the engagement. To perform additional responsibility as assigned by supervisor.Daily significant follow up for correction as well as update the correction status in accordance.Ensure delivery metrics are captured and reported for management consumption.Prepare, analyze and present data to the client as part of monthly performance reviews.Daily track incoming and outgoing volume and raise queries if volumes are not as per the forecast.Ensure monthly forecast is reviewed and responded accordingly. Participate on project teams, task forces and/or working groups to identify opportunities for alignment of quality and compliance processes and process improvement initiatives.Develop and generate regular reports, project dashboards, and analyses based on organizational data.Support/promote accuracy, internal consistency, uniformity, and compliance with regulatory commitments and expectations.Liaison with leads and assist in implementing and managing operational plans.Provide support activities for regulatory inspections, internal audits and/or strategic quality initiatives.Participate in special projects and senior management requests associated with safety compliance.Mentor and train colleagues as necessary to provide support across all sites for awareness around workload management and data trends.Assist management in making informed decisions by providing relevant and accurate data insights.Collaborate effectively with Business Units and Partner Lines, as well as external industry and professional organizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows.Contribute to metrics reporting for all assigned therapeutic areas.Produce performance management reports of the team as and when required.Work with all other onshore and offshore therapeutic area and shared service roles to promote consistent operations, efficient use of resources and sharing knowledge/best practicesMeet deliverables on time with 100% TAT and accuracy.Support in OE/BE related activities for the teams/towers and engagement
