Job Description

Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and stock levels.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
Conduct regular patient assessments to identify potential medication interactions or side effects.
Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to resolve medication-related issues.
