Pharmacist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our small clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug-related advice to patients and medical staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and possible drug interactions.
• Counsel patients on the proper use, storage, and potential side effects of prescribed medications.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient interactions.
• Monitor stock levels and manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of medications and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with new drug therapies, regulations, and clinical practices.
• Ensure full compliance with local and national regulations governing pharmacy operations.
• Provide basic first aid or emergency support if required during patient visits.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Payyannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
