Job Description:
As a Trainee Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and driving prescription growth. You will receive comprehensive training to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, their benefits, and usage.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Promotional Activities: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth.
• Market Insights: Gather and analyze competitor and market information to identify opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Pharm or B.Sc. (Freshers preferred)
• Age: Below 23 years
• Skills:
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Attitude: Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned territories
