About the Role: We are hiring enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Executives to promote pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products through the IndiaMART platform . Your role is to connect with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and traders to help them expand their business visibility and sales through IndiaMART’s B2B solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and contact pharmaceutical businesses through calls, online leads, and visits. Explain IndiaMART’s platform, paid listings, and digital marketing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the internal support team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM tools. Stay updated with current trends in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. What We’re Looking For: Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding or interest in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry. Goal-oriented and motivated by incentives. Basic knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and online platforms. Ready to travel locally for client meetings if required. Experience in pharma sales, marketing, or B2B business will be an advantage. Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or Business.
