Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, compliance reports, and operational dashboards. Report plant performance metrics to senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Pharmacy, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with at least 3 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, etc.), and pharmaceutical production processes. Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software (e.g., SAP, MES). Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar is a plus. Preferred Qualities: Experience in sterile or solid dosage forms manufacturing. Track record of successful plant audits and inspections. High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
