Job Description

Oxford currently Looking for Packaging Development Officer for Mumbai H.Q.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and finalise pharmaceutical packaging in accordance with country-specific regulatory requirements.
Finalise packaging artworks, including cartons, foils/labels, and leaflets, as per product specifications and market requirements.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure timely artwork review and approval.
Coordinate with overseas agents for artwork submission, regulatory queries, and approvals for new products.
Review, release, and approve final printed packaging materials received from printers and clients/ and also giving approvals to the printed packing material received from QC (Factory) before releasing for the packing of our products.
Make required changes and updates to artworks using CorelDRAW (CDR files).Knowledge of working in PDF/Coreldraw is must.
Ensure correct colour matching, accurate text, proper layout, and barcode verification before printing.
Maintain packaging specifications, approved artwork masters, and all related documentation.
Maintain and update promotional marketing materials, including posters, brochures, and new product designs.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate with 2-3 years experience in similar field in Pharma Industry
Knowledge of working in PDF/Coreldraw is must
