This includes tools of EURO and TSM standards . Ensure the efficient performance, durability , and long life of all tablet tooling components. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and carry out regular maintenance to avoid machine breakdowns and ensure smooth production. Operate and maintain tablet press machines , identify tool wear patterns , and address machine/tool-related issues on time. Use precision measuring tools such as profile projectors, micrometers, dial gauges, hardness testers , and die bore gauges to check and calibrate tools accurately.
