This is a high-impact, full-time role requiring a hands-on professional with strong technical acumen, deep industry understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, launching new products, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and driving key sales initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team. Your responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers to ensure alignment with sales targets, regional strategies, and customer satisfaction goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing consultative and technical support throughout the sales cycle. Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, deal closure, and coordination of after-sales service. Achieve defined sales targets and increase market share within assigned territories and industry verticals. Manage and grow strategic key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Conduct technical presentations and discussions with key decision-makers and end-users. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Collaborate with internal technical, support, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction from solution design to post-installation support. Maintain accurate and updated records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and activities using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) Provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitor intelligence to the leadership team. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and go-to-market strategies. Your Profile: Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering. 10+ years of field sales experience in industrial/process equipment. Skills & Competencies Experience in leading and coaching regional/area sales teams with a focus on performance management and team development. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding B2B/industrial sales targets. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth integration and support of automation systems in our advanced mixing and grinding machinery . Purpose of the position This role is responsible for providing support to the Production Team & Customer Support Team, work on mechanical & electrical systems, which include assembly, testing, performing preventive maintenance Installation / commissioning and service of the mills. Role & responsibilities Responsible for the assembly of the Mills. Repair and maintenance of the equipment and tools Testing of control panels during assembly. Testing of Mills. Prepare panel testing report and related documentation. Responsible for Inspection of equipment and subassemblies. Commissioning of the mill at customer end. Attend breakdown of mills physically or on call. Prepare Service and commissioning report. Provide electrical support to Service Team and Sales Team. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / ITI / Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
