Limited Location: Hyderabad (involves travelling) Experience: 5+ years in Event Management, preferably in Pharma/Healthcare sector Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager About the Role Biological E. Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Management Professional to lead and execute impactful corporate and brand events across the organization. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and deliver seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders from medical conferences and trainings to reward & recognition meets, annual events, and international sales meets. Key Responsibilities - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all events adhere to pharmaceutical industry standards and company SOPs - Strategic Planning: Create event concepts, budgets, timelines, and execution plans - Coordination & Execution: End-to-end management of events including R&R meets, trainings, sales conferences, domestic/international trips, and external medical forums (e.g., IMA, FOGSI) - Vendor Management: Collaborate with agencies, venues, and service providers to ensure quality delivery - Stakeholder Engagement: Align with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Purchase) to deliver event goals - Communication & Promotion: Liaise with attendees and partners, and support event branding and promotional activities - Budget Oversight: Manage event spend and reporting at the divisional level - Feedback & Reporting: Capture post-event insights and metrics for future improvements Desired Skills - Excellent communication & stakeholder management - Strong budgeting and financial planning capabilities - Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt under pressure - Creative mindset with strong organizational skills - Experience handling large-scale corporate events and medical association meets Why Join Us?
