Job Description

  • Manager - EventsWeare looking for enterprising and dynamic individuals who can manage the whole process from theplanning stage, right through to managing the event and carrying out the postevent evaluation
  • The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working aspart of a team

Key responsibilities

  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, targetaudience and objectivesMake suggestions to enhance the event s success
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherenceSource and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Approve all aspects before the day of the eventEnsure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problemsthat might occur
  • Analyze the event s success and prepare reports
