Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics Teacher to join our CBSE school in Ballari. The ideal candidate should have minimum 4 years of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum, strong subject knowledge, and a passion for guiding students through conceptual and practical learning. B.Ed is mandatory. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to Classes 8–10 / 11–12 (as per school requirement) following CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
• Conduct practical classes and ensure proper usage of lab equipment.
• Develop innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement and understanding.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, examinations, and assignments.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Provide academic support, doubt clarification sessions, and mentorship to students.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and academic improvement programs.
• Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other faculty members for curriculum planning and development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree + B.Ed (Compulsory)
• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
• Strong subject knowledge of Physics and its practical applications.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate students and create an interactive learning environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and smart classroom technology (preferred).
